Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Compliance Officer to complement our dedicated team of over thirty fund administration specialists, focusing on providing a quality service to our growing client base. You will have the chance to profit from an individual onboarding, enabling you to broaden your expertise and grow as a professional. In your role, you will be part of an international team setup allowing you to work with our colleagues across the globe. As a Compliance Officer in our Fund Managers team, you will assume the responsibility for the following tasks:
Execution of KYC checks and creation of profiles and risk assessments for new fund clients;
Review and update KYC profiles on existing fund clients;
Preparation of regulatory reportings;
Managing the Company’s policies and procedures;
Collaboration with internal and external service providers across the globe on a daily basis;
Participation in projects and support in various operational tasks helping us to advance our service delivery further.
Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated team colleague with the following skillset:
A bachelor degree (FH / University), preferably with specialization in finance/compliance;
At least two years of relevant experience in compliance;
Good communication skills in English and German;
Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word and versatility in IT;
Team player with strong social skills combined with the ability to also work independently.
