Intern Process Management and Change Management (all gender)

Are you ready to actively shape the design and implementation of processes in our dynamic organization? We're seeking dedicated interns who want to join our team and actively contribute to the development of processes and structures in our global Family of Pioneers.
Actively assist in the introduction of new processes within our organization.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of strategies for communicating and engaging stakeholders.
Support the organization and follow-up of internal workshops.
Visualize internal business processes and update our internal process landscape.
Provide supportive assistance to various regions and address their inquiries.
Create materials for training sessions on Change and Process Management and support in conducting these sessions.
What makes you great:
Advanced Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Process Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Previous practical experience in Process Management and Change Management.
Proactive and independent work style with a flexible mindset.
Ability to work well within a team and strong communication skills.
Logical thinking and ability to visualize content using PowerPoint.
IT proficiency, preferably with experience in process mapping tools.
Excellent command of German and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and experience in conceptual work.
