You will be working in an international, cross functional environment being part of Mondelez Europe Transformation & Strategy Team. The team is managing a Project Portfolio of up to 80 highly strategic, transformational & cross functional projects spanning whole Mondelez Europe region. 

You will support us in further developing our project portfolio management approach by bringing in a new outside perspective, as well as support the automation of project portfolio management

Responsibilities:

You will:

• - Evaluate best in class project portfolio management approaches
• - Benchmark our current approach
• - Drive simplification
• - Develop the specification for automation
• - Actively work on the automation of project portfolio management

Requirements:

• - Know-how in benchmarking, project, process and project portfolio management
• - Affinity to systems and programming
• - Experience with no code-low code technology
• - Strong soft & presentation skills
• - Teamplayer which is able to work independently
• - Fluent in English
• - A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career
