We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to strengthen our customer service team in Balzer, Liechtenstein: 



  • Ensure a quality customer service by communicating with customers through different channels
  • Provide quick and thorough responses to all customers requests 
  • Maintain professional and empathetic relationships with customers
  • Various administrative tasks


Requirements and skills

  • Federal certificate of proficiency EFZ/CFC office, customer relations or any other equivalent education in the field of customer service
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the field of health and travel insurance 
  • Efficient dealing with different IT systems and tools
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English 
  • Great communication skills, teamplayer and fast learner
