We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to strengthen our customer service team in Balzer, Liechtenstein:
Responsibilities
- Ensure a quality customer service by communicating with customers through different channels
- Provide quick and thorough responses to all customers requests
- Maintain professional and empathetic relationships with customers
- Various administrative tasks
Requirements and skills
- Federal certificate of proficiency EFZ/CFC office, customer relations or any other equivalent education in the field of customer service
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the field of health and travel insurance
- Efficient dealing with different IT systems and tools
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Great communication skills, teamplayer and fast learner
