This position has a possibility of a part-time option: 60-100%. 

 

About the job 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage supply chain orderbook of Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS) gifts to delight our loyalty club members with an outstanding membership experience 
  • Responsibility of after sales service cases for watches 
  • Support customer and market return processes for EMEA region 
  • Support handling of after sales repair 2nd level requests

About you  

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:  

  • Commercial Education 
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international settings
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English as well as German proficiency, communication skills 
  • Experience in customer management 
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and also external service providers 
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
