Job Description:

We are currently offering an exciting internship in the Reception Department at a prestigious hotel on Lanzarote. This role is ideal for students or trainees passionate about building a career in hospitality. The internship involves a range of responsibilities from front desk operations to guest relations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in arriving guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Inform guests about hotel services and amenities.
• Handle international correspondence and guest inquiries.
• Manage complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with reservations, invoicing, and check-outs.

Benefits:

• 40-hour workweek with 2 days off.
• Free board and lodging provided by the hotel.
• Monthly stipend of €180.

Requirements:

• Currently a student or trainee in fields related to Tourism, Hotel Management, Foreign Languages, Communication, Business, International Management, or Public Relations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be open-minded, self-confident, and communicative.
• Must maintain a positive demeanor and enjoy interacting with international guests and team members.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
